Samsung Interactive Whiteboards.

Samsung is one of the earliest Brand to design and manufacture Interactive Whiteboards.

They designed the hardware and also Wrote a version of their Tizen OS for Interactive Whiteboards. Gradually Tizen OS and Samsung Knox which is Samsung's Firewall and data security app became main stream for secure content and data sharing. Samsung Interactive Whiteboards. are still the preferred medium for safe and secure communication, Video conferencing, Classroom content sharing.

An interactive whiteboard developed by Samsung Electronics was revealed and released in January 2018. The device was announced during Samsung's keynote speech at CES 2018, with planned distribution in the United States and Europe. It consisted of a screen available in sizes of 55", 65", 75", or 85" and a dual-sided stylus pen.

Gradually these Interactive Whiteboards gained large acceptance internationally as the preferred medium of instruction for Digital classrooms. They replaced projector based display systems in digital classrooms. They had many advantages over traditional and projector based Interactive whiteboards. No chalk dust, No expensive projector lamps to replace plus the Interactive Whiteboard also doubled up as a TV.

Samsung today has three main series

1. Samsung Flip 2 - 55" and 65",

2.Samsung Flip 3 - 75" and 85" With scientific and Mathematical annotation and a front USB panel for ease of connectivity.

3. Samsung Flip Pro  -  55", 65",75" and 85" with OPS slot for Multi OS operation.

4. Samsung Android IFP - 65", 75" and soon to be introduced 86"

All the above models use a double sided passive pen for writing. Al can be used to draw and paint in lifelike digital Water colours and Oil Paint. Even a paint brush can be used to paint.

Android and Apple airplay for wired and wirelessly connecting Phones, tablets and PCs to these displays has been made very easy.

MS Office 365 , PDF and Jpeg files are natively supported.

Wired printing, screen casting, saving to a USB drive is easily done.

Robust build and Samsungs own Touch display make this Interactive Whiteboard the teacher' favourite teaching tool.

Samsung allows upto 50 participants in a shared classroom with 4 students live on screen at any given time.
